Location: Bella Vista Elementary School
In this Healthy Living elective, girls will gain the knowledge, skills, + attitudes needed to be in charge of their bodies + sustain a healthy, positive sense of self. With support from their Girls Inc. Facilitator, 6th-8th grade girls will learn about the importance of physical activity, a positive body image, healthy eating habits, + that stress management is a normal part of life. By focusing on the whole health of girls, we will encourage each girl to be an advocate for their own well-being, so they can be healthy today + throughout their lives.
